All flats are fully furnished and equipped and will be clean and in perfect conditions for your arrival. Room rate includes use of water, electricity and gas, bed linen and weekly change.
The apartments may be occupied from 17:00 to 19:00 on day of arrival and left before 10:00 on day of departure.
Damage deposit: EUR 200 (or the equivalent in foreign currency) is payable on arrival and refundable at the end of your stay once the property has been checked by the agency staff.
Torrent Api will not reserve the property for more than 48 hours after the expected day of arrival, unless the delay has been expressly notified before hand, with the understanding that this will not produce any reduction on the stipulated rental fee.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
